COLOMBIA COLORIDA: 10 DAYS OF PURE JOY ON OUR SPANISH-LANGUAGE GROUP TOUR

Have you ever wondered what it looks like when pure joy shapes an entire landscape? Our fixed departure tourColombia Colorida (Colorful Colombia) shows you exactly that. Over 10 days, we take your customers on a journey that showcases the heart of Colombia in all its facets—from the soaring Andean peaks to the dream beaches of the Caribbean.

An authentic experience in Spanish – Since this tour is originally designed for the Spanish-speaking market, it offers a unique opportunity for travelers who want to experience the country in a particularly close and genuine way:

  • For language enthusiasts: There is no better training than immersing oneself in the language for 10 days, joking with locals, and experiencing the culture firsthand.

  • International flair: Participants travel in a small, often international group and experience Latin American hospitality up close.

The journey in detail:

  • Bogotá & the Andes: The adventure begins in this vibrant metropolis. We take the cable car up the local mountain, Monserrate (10,334 ft), for the ultimate panoramic view over the city. In the historic district of La Candelaria, guests mix with the locals, marvel at world-famous street art, and visit the legendary Gold Museum.

Accommodation: A cozy boutique hotel right on the edge of the historic center.

  • The Green Heart (Coffee Region): We fly to this UNESCO World Heritage site to hike among the wax palms of the Cocora Valley—the tallest in the world at up to 200 feet—and visit a traditional coffee farm. Here, guests experience the “bean-to-cup” process firsthand, including a professional tasting. The colorful villages of Salento and Filandia invite them to linger with their artisan shops.

Accommodation: A charming house in the region’s typical, colorful colonial style.

  • Medellín & Guatapé: The “City of Eternal Spring” inspires with its innovative spirit. We visit a “Silletero” farm in Santa Elena to understand the heritage of the famous flower farmers. A total highlight is the climb up the monolith of Guatapé (El Peñol)—740 steps rewarded with the most spectacular 360-degree view over the sparkling lake landscape.

Accommodation: A sustainable design gem in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

  • Caribbean Finale (Santa Marta & Cartagena): From the Sierra Nevada, we head to Tayrona National Park. A hike through the tropical rainforest leads to the iconic bays of Cabo San Juan. The grand finale is Cartagena. We explore the massive San Felipe fortress and lose ourselves in the flower-filled alleys of the UNESCO Old Town, which feel like they’re straight out of a Gabriel García Márquez novel.

Accommodation: Selected boutique highlights with Caribbean flair and historic character.

All benefits at a glance:

  • Planning security: Departure guaranteed with a minimum of 2 people.

  • Excellent value: Under 2,000 USD per person (double occupancy) including 3 domestic flights, stays in hand-picked boutique hotels, daily breakfast, and a Spanish-speaking guide.
