FIXED DEPARTURE BIKE TOUR – EXPLORE COLOMBIA ON TWO WHEELS

This guided fixed-departure cycling tour through the Colombian Andes is designed for active travelers who want to combine landscape, culture, and physical activity – without sacrificing comfort or safety. The route leads from Bogotá through colonial villages such as Villa de Leyva and Barichara to Medellín, combining varied daily stages with cultural highlights, nature experiences, and regional cuisine.

What makes this tour special:

  • High-quality mountain bikes and helmets are included.
  • A support vehicle accompanies the group throughout the entire journey.
  • Bilingual cycling guide (continuous guidance starting from 7 participants).
  • A perfect balance between physical activity and enjoyment.

Daily stages range from 30 to 60 km, depending on the section, with moderate to challenging elevation gains. The routes lead through Páramo landscapes, Andean valleys, savannas, canyons, and small villages—always off the main roads. This trip is particularly suitable for active guests with a good fitness level who want to experience Colombia intensely, scenically, and close to its people.

Notes:

  • E-bikes are available upon request for most of the route.
  • The tour can also be organized as a private individual trip upon request.
