As a geographer, Stephan has been fascinated since his first visit to Colombia by the diversity of the landscapes in Colombia. He has lived in Colombia since 2008, and in May 2011 became a vital member of the incoming team of Promotora Neptuno. He joined Neptuno as an incoming & marketing manager while also teaching evening courses of geography at one of the university in Bogotá. Since 2018 he became a businesspartner, and since 2022 the general manager of Neptuno.

Camila grew up in Colombia and has travelled with her family through the whole country during her childhood and youth. Thus, she developed a great affection for the natural and cultural diversity of Colombia. She lived almost 10 years in Germany, where she studied ecology and worked in that area. After this experience abroad, she returned back to her homeland. Since 2016 she is part of the Neptuno team.

Andrea is Colombian, she is a flight attendant with specialization in tourism and travel agencies. Passionate about travel, she lived in Germany for a year learning German and the culture, and spent some months in the Netherlands and Australia. She likes to design unique programs for visitors so they fall in love with this beautiful country just like her. She lives in La Calera, near Bogota, with her boyfriend and her three beloved cats

Céline grew up in south of France where she spent a lot of time skiing and hiking in the Alps with her family. She is an architect who first came to Colombia in 2008 to study Latin American cities. Her passion for outdoor activities and traveling led her to change the drawing table for her current work in tourism.

Passionate about Colombia and her people, Paola studied Business Administration focused on Tourism in Bogota after undertaking specific travel and tourism courses in England and France.She has had the opportunity to travel around the country and its culture, traditions and, above all, its gastronomy surprise her every time. She feels that this is her way of doing her part by showing Colombia to people who enjoy unique experiences and come to visit different regions.She is an expert on the Caribbean Coast, since she has had the opportunity to live there.

Valeria was born in Bogota, lived 13 years in Germany, where she studied sports and nutrition. After a few years she wanted to return to her roots to get to know her country better. She thinks that Colombia is a wonderful country with a beautiful Biodiversity. She loves dogs and lives in Bogota with her boyfriend and her dog named Bruno.

Andrea is Swiss-Colombian and moved from Colombia to Switzerland at the age of 8 with her sister and mother, which is why she has always had a special relationship with Colombia. As often as possible she would visit her father and family in Colombia, and on each of these visits they would take tours to new places, which is how she discovered a love for tourism. Andrea studied business administration and worked for a long time in a large company in project and process management. In 2018, she made the decision to emigrate to Colombia, where she gained valuable experience in various fields of work, including tourism. She is very happy to be part of Neptuno and to be able to combine her passion and hobby with her work.

Carlos is Colombian, with a degree in Economy and post-graduate degrees in Innovation, business developments and product design manager. He has experience as an entrepreneur; he has developed restaurants, bars, beach clubs and a traveler’s magazine. His passion for the sea, surf and sailing led him to live in the Caribbean cost. His purpose is to design travels above your expectations.

Marcel is originally from Germany and is a trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant. Since an internship abroad in 2016, he has been fascinated by Colombia’s cultural and natural diversity, as well as the warmth of the Colombians, and returned there immediately after graduating. Almost every Sunday he can be found on his inline skates on Bogotá’s famous Ciclovía!

Laura was born in cold but welcoming Bogotá and has a background in hotel management and tourism. She has a great passion for nature and sounds of birds, loves outdoor activities and is convinced that working in tourism is the best way to experience and learn a lot.

Nadja was born in Germany but grew up in Colombia, where she studied ecology. After working in the botanical garden, where she mainly worked with butterflies, she was struck by the curiosity of traveling and began a journey throughout South America in an old VW bus. After 2 years and a cat adopted in Ecuador, she then returned to Colombia where she worked in tourism. First as a tour guide throughout Colombia and after the birth of her first child from the office, where she has been organizing trips for hundreds of customers ever since.

Erika is Colombian, business administrator, as well as baker and pastry chef. She studied for 11 years at the Swiss School of Bogotá and lived in Switzerland for 2 years. Climbing introduced her to adventure tourism, allowing her to discover the different regions, cuisine, and native cultures of her country. She loves Colombia and its geography; exploring it is one of the things she enjoys most in life.

Sandra is originally from Peru, now living in Colombia, and she absolutely loves it here! She is passionate about traveling and especially adores being surrounded by nature and the sea—there’s nothing better than the ocean breeze.
She worked as a teacher assistant in Perú, but now she is living her dream focusing on her true passion: traveling. Helping others explore Colombia makes her incredibly happy!

Since her internship in Peru in 2010, Lena got bit by the travelbug and was curious for new cultures, landscapes and surfspots. In 2017 her search for waves brought her to Termales, Chocò, where she fell in love with the locals and the area and decided to stay in Colombia.As her passion for languages, travelling and outdoor unfortunately don`t go too well with her up to then engineering profession, she changed courses towards tourism and supports our Neptuno-team since 2018.
